As a multi Vendor Online platform xshop is working as a Market space for more than hundred of Sellers and their Products, We strictly monitor the Sellers reliability and the way they deal with their orders.

Once you have received a product or Service you are eligible to put a Review on the Product or Service and this will be helpful to future buyers and respective sellers to understand where they are going and where they need to improve, moreover you can inform the seller about your issue about the product.

Respective sellers will have the complete responsibility on the issues they made upon selling of their products - xshop doesn’t have any legal responsibility on those disputes.But we are glad to accept your complaints to admin@xshop.qa any area of our business and we are open to discuss the problems you are facing from xshop.qa. Incase of issues from the Product Quality, Wrong Product, Dispute with Seller you can approach xshop.qa as a third party we will reach to a conclusion after finding the genuinity of the Claim by user. Xshop.qa has the complete right to take the decision upon any dispute between both the parties.
