Order Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

All defined terms used below shall have the meanings set forth in our Terms and Conditions. See our TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

We affirm that consumer rights in Qatar are protected by law. We assure that all the sellers in the platform comply by the Consumer Protection Law that provides protection to cover all products and services whether charged for or given to the consumer free of charge.

Order Cancellations

You are responsible for all orders placed on your account, including for any discrepancies or errors in your order caused by you. You must review your order carefully before placing it. Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and cannot be cancelled at the moment. However, You may initiate a cancel request by mailing to with a valid reason within 3 hour from placing the order.

Once the seller has started to process the order, you cannot cancel it. But you can raise a Return Request which is explained in the below section.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Returns scheme is provided by respective sellers directly whether the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you.

You are requested to claim your Order Returns within the Return Period mentioned by the seller on each product, once the return date is expired you are not eligible to send for a return request.

However, you can raise a Return request within the stated Return Period by following these simple steps:

  • 1.Log into your account
  • 2.Go to ‘My Orders’.
  • 3.Click on 'Return' against the item you wish to return or exchange.
  • 4.Fill in the details with reason and Raise a return request.

Once you raise a request, you'll get an email confirming that your request is being processed. Based on the Seller, your request may be approved, rejected or you may be contacted for more details. If the request is approved, It is up to the scope of the seller on processing your request. You can also track the status of your return request instantly from the 'My Orders' section of your account. delivers every order with the original invoice from the seller. Hence the return terms are as applicable by the seller. does not hold responsible for any returns or refunds after it is delivered for the first time.

Damages and Defects

As a consumer you are entitled to claim compensation for any damage or defects in the products you have ordered.

Accordingly, the seller is obligated to refund the value of the product or replace or repair it without charge if:

  • The damage is caused from the seller end or
  • A defect is discovered in the product, or
  • The product does not meet standard specifications for its purpose. only serves as the platform to Buy, Sell or trade the products. Hence it does not hold responsible for any complaints regarding the damages and defects. However you can raise your complaints to we shall forward it to the corresponding sellers to support your claim.

Refund Claims

Being a Multi-Seller marketplace selling different kinds of products, the Refund information is as applicable on the original invoices given by the respective sellers. is not responsible for any Refund claims for the products purchased. You must contact the seller directly for this regard. However you can write to for any assistance or support required.

Shipping or Delivery Charges for Return / Replace

You are responsible to pay for all shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
